    Order Cancellation

    You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

    Make sure to include your Order Number in the email.

    Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


    Refund Policy

    We offer refunds under the following conditions:

    • You received a damaged or defective product
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product is significantly different from its description

    Refund Process

    Once your request is reviewed and approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

    Non-Refundable Items

    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind after delivery
    • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (wrong or damaged product).
